Eagle’s Wings Coordinated Care Medical Respite Program

At EWCC Medical Respite it is our mission to provide individuals experiencing homelessness a safe, supportive, and restorative space within our transitional housing program to recover from illness and injury. With a team of compassionate and knowledgeable staff we provide holistic care to our participants, addressing not only physical recovery, but also housing, financial, social and mental health needs.

We envision a community where our sick and injured neighbors who are experiencing homelessness can have a secure place to fully recover and regain control over their health and lives. We believe that every individual, despite their history, is met with respect, dignity, and access to equitable and comprehensive care. It is our vision to bridge the gap between medical respite and supportive housing, ensuring a seamless transition towards a stable and sustainable home.
