Mission & Vision
The Resilience Collaborative (ResCo) is a direct service program of the United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties serving people experiencing homelessness and housing instability in West Virginia. Formed and launched under the United Way of Harrison & Doddridge Counties in 2020, ResCo has served over 500 clients and housed over 200 women, men, and children experiencing homelessness utilizing a variety of funding streams and resources. ResCo specializes in the stabilization of highly vulnerable segments of the population of people experiencing homelessness.
